 did you get registered for the zoom? 

Is he requiring the entire 58k now? Could you pay that at the balloon? If he wants the 58k now, you will have to borrow it. Hard money/private lender, or get the money from borrowing against your car? Maybe you can find a  private money lender who will partner on the deal with you? What do you think the cash flow potential is? My first thought though is to try and "Borrow" from the seller. Give him your 10k then he carries the 48k at an agreed rate for an agreed time.. Maybe 7% per year for example...
