If it meant being able to make more cash flow by renting another room, then yes I'd live in a shed.

Hey guys, I was wondering if I bought a 3 bedroom 2 bath. house could I rent all 3 bedrooms and build a shed for myself in the backyard to sleep in?

Hi everyone,

I'm fairly new to bigger pockets and was wondering if there were any real estate meetings in grand junction, Colorado If not would anyone like to start a meet up to build real estate connections, trade real estate insight and get a better grasp on the market.

I'm victor and i have absolutely no background in real estate. Although, I have been reading vast amounts of books on investing and listening to the biggerpockets podcast. After reading a couple books, I realized that I want to get in to small multi-family homes. that way I can live in one unit and have the tenant pay my mortgage.
