Hi all,

My name is Victor San Gil from the tiny island of Guam, a small U.S. territory island near Japan and the Philippines in the Pacific Ocean. Just a little insight about me. I'm in my mid twenties with a bachelor's in Computer Science and about a year ago, I was handed down 66% of my family's small company and have been tasked to take over our 28 apartments, 1 commercial property and 1 industrial warehouse property, which were all poorly maintained. I know absolutely nothing about managing property, but have been reading books on accounting, land-lording, and real estate investing to bring me up to speed. I am absolutely scared out of my mind as I wasn't expecting all of this to happen so fast, but I'm here now and will be making the best of it!

I learned about biggerpockets.com after reading Brandon Turner's "The Book on Real Estate Investing" and I am here to connect and surround myself with successful real estate people. I am young and excited to learn from everyone. Thank you for taking the time to read about me. See you all in the forums!

Highest Regards,

Victor San Gil
