I've used propstream.com for doing this and its pretty great. They've got a 5day free trial if you wanted to play around with it

@Jason Nguyen I'm curious, what were the rents before, and what were you able to get them to?

@NaDean Bowles I started in Atlanta because I know my realtor pretty well, and I'd be leveraging her network(contractors, property managers etc). What would you consider an "easier market", somewhere in the midwest?

I am working with an agent

@Robb Mercado Looking in the Atlanta market currently

That's a good tip, might give that a try! @Owen Dashner

Hi yall, real estate newbie here. For the past 6 weeks, I've been making offers for properties on the MLS at asking price or above. A lot of the times, seller's agent doesn't even respond, and if they do they let me know they have multiple offers. Is it still worth looking on the MLS, or am I better off trying to get off-market deals? Any thoughts?

I'm thinking of making an offer on a property but noticed its been under contract at least 3 times, and the contracts fell through. Is this a red flag that there's something seriously wrong with the property?

Oh, I forgot, Bigger Pockets has forgot that!!  I should write book about that!
Still love BP though ! 😎

@Daniel Peavey, what areas in Atlanta do you recommend?

Oh wow, that makes a lot sense. Thanks @Peter M.
