Thanks Chris & Michael. I'm taking the courses you(Chris) have sent me. I just started last night. No I haven't started looking for anyone or anything yet. As I said i just took the 1st course last night. I'll be taking the 2nd course tomorrow sometime during the day. I'm taking lots of notes and will keep in contact. I'm also researching Dave Lindahl on youtube and I'll see what else I can dig up on him. Right now I don't have the finances for his course. I'm getting swamped with all kinds of RE Investing stuff and trying to sort out the good and the bad. Thank you both. Keep the comments coming. I can use all the help I can get.

Has anyone out there ever used Dave Lindahl's RE courses for buying multi-family apartment complexes. Do his techniques work.

I'm still trying to do my first deal. I'm told that I should start with wholesaling to build up funds for buy & hold. That's what I'm trying to eventually do so I can build up income to retire within 5-10 years or less. Right now I am a commercial cleaner, Avon lady, RE investor. I would love to know what 0-down, Paid 2 Buy, Note4Equity, Reinstatement, & PJL strategies are and how to do them also. If anyone knows what those strategies are and how to do them please help me. Wholesaling isn't easy when you live in an area where there isn't many properties. I'm having to look in Charlotte NC. That's the nearest big city to me.

I'm trying to get started any way I can to eventually if not sooner acquire rental properties. I'm training with a trainer from Affluence Edu from Scott Yancey seminars. I also saw Marco Rubel's webinar. Of course they want money too for their cd course. I saw on here that other investors on here are using his strategies. I would love to know how to do his strategies and what's the best way to get started towards getting rental properties
