@Ben Dao Okay, thank you!

@Jason Cacioppo Will do! Thank you for the advice Jason, I appreciate it!

@Ola Dantis Okay great! Thank you for the help!

@Kevin Mills Okay great! Thank you Kevin, I appreciate it. I honestly didn’t think about investing in Raleigh and Durham because I’m not familiar with the area, but I will take that into consideration.

@Ian Hall Would you mind giving me a list of the expenses you account for? I know the expenses will be different for different areas and properties, but I want to create a list of possible expenses and once I find a deal, I’ll go through the list to verify what expenses will needed to be accounted for. Thank you for the advice! It is greatly appreciated!

@Bob Prisco Thank you!

@Rob B. Thank you for the advice!

@Matt Vezina Majority of the houses were built around the same time period. 19th-20th century. Rents in Erie can run from $550-$700 depending on the area, so I’ll have to make sure that I find a deal that makes sense. During the renovation process, I’ll look into some of the options you mentioned to help lower the cost of the heating bill per month.

@Ben Dao Do your tenants pay for their utilities? Thank you for the advice!

@Luke Saglimbeni I originally wanted to house-hack here in Charlotte. If I invest in Erie, house-hacking wouldn’t be an option, but thank you for the advice! I appreciate it!
