@Jay Hinrichs What was the outcome of this situation?

@Dennis M. Do you own single family homes or multifamily? And do they cash flow? With rents being as low as $500-550 for a single family, I’m not sure if that will cash flow, at least not with a loan.

Hi Everyone!

For those of you who invest in Charlotte, NC or other surrounding areas such as Concord, Gastonia, etc, how did you find your first deal? Did you use a REA, Craigslist, wholesalers?

@Dennis M. Those are a few of my concerns, my exit strategy in a place like Erie & tenants being able to afford their rent since the job market is not the best. Thank you so for the advice! This was very helpful!

@Matt M. Thank you for the advice!
