I plan to get into apartment building in a year or less. But it seems to be daunting. Anyone who is doing good in this area, how did you start? If you do it all over, how would you do differently. Thanks!

I have a 4 beds 3 baths in a nice community in Minneola / clermont FL. It's in a very good condition and i think i have a good realtor marketing it. but it has been on the market for close to 2 months. Any advice to get it rented quickly? Thanks!!!
