For those experienced investors with SFH rentals, do you topically cover garbage, water and sewer? I know that investors typically cover those expenses on multi-families, however not sure about SFH. I have yet seen a SFH investment that makes sense with I account for those expenses in my area.

Excellent - thank you for the advise. I already set a couple appointments with some RE agents. Appreciate the time to reply!

Hi everyone,

I am looking for RE agents in another state, and due to my full time job I cannot travel any time soon. I don't want to wait and I want to start contacting RE agents by phone. Can anyone provide some guidance on questions that I need to ask when interviewing a RE agent on the phone and out-state? I am looking for a RE agent specialized on small multifamily rental properties.

Thanks,

Victor

Hi everyone,

Can you anyone recommend a good local bank/credit union, a real estate agent and a CPA who focuses in real estate investing (particularly hold investing) in Lincoln/Omaha area?

Thank you for your time and help!

Regards,

Victor

Hi everyone,

My name is Victor Andrade, located in the southwest region of Ohio (Cincinnati area). I am new to BiggerPockets and currently educating myself and preparing my "tools" to start investing in real state. My wife and I both have good W2 jobs therefore we are not interested in managing the properties ourselves. Therefore here are some questions I have:

1- What is a realistic percentage of the rent collected I should plan for property management (I am looking to invest in Duplex, Triplex or 4-plex)?

2- Can you anyone recommend a list of good property management companies that I can interview in the Cincinnati area (southwest Ohio)?

3- What is a good source of local news (website, newspaper, app) for me to stay tuned with latest news in the region?

Thank you for your time and help in advance!

Victor
