Any ideas for how to market more aggressively in the Houston Medical Center? Am trying to get a remodeled Medical Center condo leased out. Its on har, zillow, trulia, Craigslist, etc.

If you remove/demo a leaky pool, how is this treated for tax purposes? Yes it would be landscaped over so that part is an improvement but would all of it be considered landscaping capex?

Which flooring do you prefer? Have to redo flooring in an older rental, 250-300K house in Houston. Two areas have gotten water in it with heavy rains so prefer something at least water resistant. Anyone done luxury vinyl plank and really liked it? Did you carry it into kitchen and bath?
