hi everyone, I am forming the LLC finally. It's a one person LLC. I would like to know if I really need an attorney to do that or I can form it on some websites?

Also can you kind enough send me the sample operating agreement? I am in CA. please see if you could send it two: [REMOVED]

Also what address you use for the company? I heard UPS mail box is the way to go.
