Hi can anyone refer me to a good property manager in Pitts, PA?

Hello! My husband and I are finishing up a remodel that we will use as a short term rental. This will be our first STR. We are really excited about it, and understand that things are slowing down, but with the laws in CA, we still think STR is a better option for us.

Thanks for the feed back everyone. We love the river so we will be getting use out of it too, when it's not rented. We are excited non the less. We will have to get creative in our marketing. Thanks all.

Hello all. I hope you're doing well. I'm a little late to the conversation, but was wondering if you had started Short Term renting in #kernville. My husband are about to close on a property in Kernville that we will be STR and was hoping to connect with other investors in the area. We love it there, it's a great place and the center of town is really fun. Would love to connect. Thanks so much.

We have a duplex. The water is not separated so we have to pay for it. I was told that Metron is a company that can put meters on the line without having to redo everything. Has anyone used them and if so what's your opinon? Did it work and is it worth the cost? 

In Pitts, it's illegal to bill back unless you have a metering system. 

Suggestions?

We have a property manager but are looking for accounting software that will help manage each property.

@Eduardo Arteaga congrats on going out there, so glad you did. Keep at it, the right one will arrive. We went there in December, made and offer, after inspections, we walked. Now we are closing on a different project with them. This one started in January, and just today I wired the money, so it can be slow. 

Be patient and don't rush, focus on the numbers. My husband and I have run close 100 properties on the calculators. It takes a bit of searching, even with a turnkey provider.
