Hey. I'm located in Morgantown and have been here for just over a year. What parts of WV have you interested? There is some amazing opportunities for rentals based on the area. Property values are low but rents are not. We have a great property manager here in Morgantown as well that makes things easier for us. Would love to connect if you're interested.
