@John Morgan thank you. How are you choosing your location? Is there a list of items you check off?

Hi, Everyone

I am doing some research on renting by the room for my first rental property. If you are currently doing this please feel free to offer advice, tips, and tricks.  But I did have a question.

If buying a single family 4 bed 2 bath home and the primary has a private bath, would it be okay for 3 tenets to share one bath, or what is a better way?

 Hi Venkata,

I currently rent by the room. It depends on the demographic that you are renting to, but I believe with this strategy that only two people should share a bathroom. If you are renting to a group that already knows each other, they may be ok with three to one bathroom, but this is unlikely.

Thank you Chris. So I should look for homes that have three baths at least or space where I can add a full bath?

Which side of DFW are you on? A meetup is a great place to meet people.

I live by SMU.

There is a group looking to start a Dallas meetup. I'll make sure you stay in the loop!

Alicia, would you mind keeping me updated on the Dallas Meetup group? I would love to be a part of that.
