Congratulations @Dawn Anastasi That's so amazing! So I'm just wondering you said that you had your inspector look at it and they gave you a thumbs up. What are some things that if found would make you not want to take on this house? I guess my question is what are things that flippers and buy-and-holders (like yourself) just won't take on?
