Investment Info:

Townhouse buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $298,000
Cash invested: $14,900

Townhome in a community - 3 bed 2.5 bath with a living room and office room.

Appraisals typically are based on similar comps to the property in the area (< 1 mile).   Also, it varies on the type of upgrades done on the property, etc.

Tenants would help you with the financing part but not with the appraisal to the best of my knowledge.

We are expanding our portfolio in Raliegh/Durham metropolitan area and are looking for investor-friendly closing companies preferably with fewer closing costs.  Can anyone help with the companies that they dealt with and their experience?

Commercial Office Space - With 5 office rooms, a conference area, common area and front desk area.
