Hi.  Is there a way to get financed on a non-owner occupied 4 plex with less than 25% down? Anyone know of any lender that will do this as everyone I have talked to so far says minimum of 25% is needed,  Thanks

We live in L.A. I would have never even thought about somewhere like Indiana.  How did you come by that? Very interesting.  We are also looking at the market in Las Vegas.

I was just reviewing some properties in the area and it does appear that that are some possibilities.  What is the overall economic scenario for the area because I know the central valley got hit pretty hard with the last downturn.  What parts of town would you concentrate on? I saw a couple of things west of the freeway that looked promising. 

Hello.  I am considering investing in a 4 plex or some other type of rental property in the Fresno area.  Just wanted to ask if anyone has any experience in the market and if they believe to be a viable place to invest.  Thanks.

My wife and I are interested in possibly buying a rental property in Bakersfield, like a 4 plex. I would appreciate anyone's input on their experiences with owning property there.  The city doesn't seem like it has a lot going for it.  I would appreciate any input.
