Hi Wendy that you so much for your advice.  Yes I am aware a that it's a tricky area but I was also informed it has some great potential there.  I have a contact realtor whom I intend to get in touch with asap. Hopefully they will hep me.  Are you investing in Florida?  All the best to you too.

Hello!  My name is Vanessa and I am from Melbourne, Australia.

I am a new investor both in the Australian and US residential property markets.  I am currently interested in Michigan, Detroit.
