Go to college. Have fun. Meet people. Travel the world and THEN GROW UP. Why would you skip the fun?

Full disclosure: I  attended college in Argentina where good universities are free and became a lawyer. I then moved to Italy and studied art, free again. My Real Estate career didn't start until my late 20's and I wouldn't be the investor I am today without those experiences.

I wouldn't attend an expensive college though, may be a community college or a state University. And I would work weekends or do sth to make some money at the same time.

This is my advice to my daughter who is in High School.

All the best,

@Gabe Guerrero It depends how aggressive you want to be with your plan! The #1 thing in Real estate is that you need money. It can be yours or your partner but you will need cash at some point. So I would find a local investor and work for them, learn how to find deals and get a commission for that. You would be learning the process and making good cash for your own investments.

All the best!

I pay $100 each visit when I am doing a rehab. This includes video and pictures of whatever I ask. If the property is more than 15' drive, I add $20 for gas.

Better to pay more and get a better service.

@Jerry N.

Zillow works better for me. If you have only a couple listings its free. They charge after the 3rd one.

in my market, FB Marketplace doesnt work that well. It is too time consuming and the leads I get are really bad. But it is free.

@Catherine Rathe pretty sure you found a company already! But if not, contact me! I work with a couple companies in other areas and I manage 30+ myself.

@Horacio Gutierrez it doesnt matter at all. The only requirement is that it has to be for same/equal or greater value. And

@Mark Creason explained the rest.

All the best,
