Hi,

I ran credit check for first time for rental application. Need guidance to what to focus on that report. 

Received comments like



Recency of a balance overlimit on a bankcard account

Not enough available credit

Too many serious derogatory items

Total amount past due is too high

Inquiries impacted the credit score

I heard it's difficult to get good tenants in New Britain and they will end up spoiling the house. Please suggest, I am looking looking forward to invest in New Britain/ Bristol Area.
