Current Septic tank is working, but yes should be replaced as it acts up when there is a high water level (which has not happened in a while)

Current Septic tank is working, but yes should be , estimates already in place to repair septic tank, Estimates and Quote by a local contractor are already in place, total cost for new septic and the excavation and drain field are around $40,000. ARV is somewhere between $650,000 - $700,000 +
