I know of two in Utah, I've actually had a loan from Washington Federal.  At the time they required a 25% down payment and the interest rate was higher than normal.

@Nathaniel Nutman I currently have one of my investment properties managed by RESE Property Management, and I have referred them to friends and family.  Their fee is 8%.  The person they rented my home to have been in the unit for several years now, rent has been on time, and I have received requests for repairs from the tenant via RESE (which I've completed on my own).  They haven't done inspections like I hoped, but otherwise, I've been pleased.  If you want me to have someone reach out to you, send me your contact info (or if you call them directly please let them know I sent you so I can get a small referral fee).  Let me know if you need any other assistance and best of luck on your investment.
