I did get a couple that want to work with me Dawn, but I have to be cautious. And thanks Aaron I'm aware of veterans benefits, but I appreciate that.

I'm not sure yet Mark, I'm trying to figure it out and just get some ideas from the ones who know the biz. Still need to learn some things before I decide. I now have a lot of things to consider and that's kind of what I was wanting. I was hoping someone would say, just put your money here and watch it grow. It's never just easy, is it?

Thank you Dawn, I am learning a lot and I really appreciate the encouraging words from everyone. I heard someone say "learning real estate some times is like trying to drink from a fire hose" and I can totally understand what that means now. So much knowledge to gain, it can be overwhelming at times, but I just keep reading everything I can find about REI.

A lot, but I don't mind. I'm learning a lot too. Thanks everyone for your opinions and advice. I will continue to learn what I can about REI and hopefully I'll find the niche that works the best for me. I would love to get involved with some seasoned investors and learn all I can about any aspect of the business. Thanks again to everyone for your input.

I have very little RE experience . I started a course about a month ago but haven't done any deals yet. I just have some money in the bank and want to make it work for me. Any suggestions?

I've never done it. Don't know if lending is what I want to do or not. Just looking for the biggest and quickest ROI.
