I am looking to insure a triplex that I own in Philadelphia which is under my LLC. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I had a similar situation with a property in Philly which I have bought which already had a tenent inside.  Luckily it took only 3 months have the tenent evicted.  I agree with Donell, try seeing if you could pay them to leave.  At this point, you have nothing to loose.  Best of luck.

Hi,

I am about to be a newly minted landlord and am looking for a lease agreement that I and my tenant can sign. I am located in Philadelphia, PA. Does anyone have a good (pro-landlord ?) lease agreement that can be shared?

As a aside, I love this site, Have learned so much!
