Hey Guys, looking to start my journey in real estate and I am scared to death but know what I want to do. I want to start with live and flip ( already been 2 years in this house) and than do some flip and than do rentals looking at 10 or more ( looking to be part of the FIRE circle).

Anything that you guys can share on how to go with the live and flip to start and any recommendations on great GC in the Port saint lucie area. Thanks for all upcoming help! Really scare but I know i can do it

ladies and gents, couldn't be happier than joining BP. Lots of research have conducted me to this app and awesome community. I work in retail ( home depot) does interact with lots of contractors, flippers etc. I want to start investing in real estate and want to do live and flip as a way to build my wealth and create my way to FIRE. Been in the house for 2 years have not missed 1 payment, have amazing credit score and my house is by one of the biggest school in a gated community in Port saint lucie, fl. What will the pros recommend as the way to go? Thanks for all feedback! Can't wait to read them all

@Aaron K. It is as well in a gated community and very secure with cameras at the main entrance...

From the first time home buyer program

Flipping first time home buyers 3 years into it. Have been looking into how to build wealth and have suffered a lot with living with some people so now looking into getting in real estate to build wealth ( flipping, rental, brrrr, etc). Willing to start with my own house but got it as a first home buyer and got the money for the closing with the condition to stay in the house for the next 5 years so how can I do it or Is it possible to be done in such case? The amount of money received is 15k got the house for 190k got it for 175 which is now down to 168k. Help help help!!! Want to start in real estate so bad !
