Does the vehicle in the pic comes under recreational vehicle?

Hi All,

This is my first property as condo and I have a tenant placed, I am receiving multiple violation letters from HOA board. Its becoming stressful and also given in this unprecedent times.

1) first violation about noise. Spoke to the tenants and they said they are not making any noise and have  elder kids.

2) Second one about inflatable water tub in the garage. I don't understand what that issue on having inflatable tub in the garage. I spoke to the tenant and they have removed it( photos attached - before vs after).

3) HOA complaining about recreational vehicle. They don't have RV parked. Is ATV considered as a recreational vehicle ( photo attached).

(Per your Association’s Rules and Regulations: Section 12.8 states “Recreational vehicles such as motorhomes, travel trailers, camper vans and boats are not permitted in the Community. The Declaration further restricts certain “commercial vehicles.” Prohibited vehicles are not permitted in the Community, except for brief periods for loading, unloading, making deliveries or emergency repairs. Please review these provisions of the Declaration.”)

Atv

4) Have same compliant for other inventor as well as they are targeting the tenant.

Don't know how do I need to proceed. Do I need a lawyer. Any sample dispute letters  format?

Any help or suggestion is much appreciated.

Hi All,

Just want to know how people estimate  by looking at the property.

Here is link for the house ( says a duplex) example :

 https://www.redfin.com/CA/Hawthorne/3138-W-132nd-S...

How much does it cost to fix this house on high level. Based on the description. What will be your first thought (50k,100k,200k or 250k)

Just want to hear from the Guru's
