Is there any specific region in Detroit that is near a school that you are referring to?

Hello BP Investors:
I'm in the process researching regional markets to invest into student housing through acquisition, rehab, and rentals. Right now what are the top 5 regional markets that have the strongest cashflow within the student market space?

If you could include the following:
1. Name of school
2. Region within U.S.
3. Average rent per bedroom
4. Any relevant statistics within the school region

Your help upon this inquiry is greatly appreciated.
