@Keashea. I appreciate that, but you learn from it and move on. I had submitted about 5 deals to the company I'm signed up with, 3 of them got rejected for various reasons and I'm still waiting to hear about the other 2. To be honest, I dont know if it's the company or I didn't put enough deals through the pipeline. Like anything else, it's a numbers game. But like I said, I learned from it and moved on.

Thanks again!

Good luck and be blessed....

As of now, I haven't received any notice yet. It's definitely a bit frustrating just waiting, but I'm continuing to submit my files, just building up a pipeline. Thanks for asking. I'll keep you informed.

Good Evening

I am 2 years discharged from a chapter 7 BK. I want to refinance my primary residence and pull out some cash to invest. If I refinance and stay below the 80% LTV, do still I have to have PMI added to my loan?

Can I just do a conventional loan instead of an FHA?

I DONT WANT TO PAY ANY PMI'S!!!

Thanks in advance!

@Danielle Levins, yes. Last time I checked, they're still processing and investigating. They said it could take up to 30-90 days.

Thanks!
