@Dana Walker, Have you tried attending investor meetups? Some value to be had in these experienced investors, they are a wealth of information and know nearly everything there is to know about the ins and outs of seed capital!

Having some issues getting land over here in Fiji subdivided, in that it is taking a very long time to clear the titles office. How long have you had to wait to get titles subdivided in the past in your respective areas?
