Wholesaling REOs sounds like something I might be interested in, as a matter of fact yesterday while I was out driving I saw a bank owned house. I took down all the info. so that on Monday I can make the call.

I feel more relieved now knowing that I don't have to be a seasoned investor to do this. I'm just a little nervous that's all!!!
