Hello BiggerPockets community, would any of the Philadelphia area people be willing to explain all the costs when buying a house (closing, tax, title insurance etc.). I was at a Redfin meeting today and they were saying how fast properties move in 2017 and how many offers there are on properties. Do I even have a chance in Philadephia market as a newbie?

Question specific to the area people, direct message me for my number so we can chat.

Hello BiggerPockets community, My name is Tym and I'm a 21 year old, living in the Philadelphia Area looking to get into REI. This website has a ton of information and I am not able to scale it down. I am looking for someone, who I can pay, to make me an outline(links) of content on this website. I need some sort of a curriculum of this content from very beginning to some basic knowledge in REI and becoming a pro. Marketing, deals, leads, taxes, llc, buyer list, mls etc stuff like that. I don't want people telling me "just go on forums", I need some sort of a curriculum to follow. I was even going to pay $1000 for Renatus but from hearing some reviews and that all the information can be found on BiggerPockets, I have changed my mind about Renatus. If you are in the Philadelphia Area and can help, please reach out to me,and let's talk, I can pay or I can help you with your projects.( I can paint and basic stuff like that)

Hello BiggerPockets members. I have the opportunity to purchase a Renatus course from my local real estate group for around $1000 (essential package). The package includes tax information and strategies as well as basics in REI. It seems like a good place for a beginner to start as everything is laid out and in order. Now the more advanced packages start at $4000 and $10,000. My plan is to buy the $1000 education(good content), so I, first and foremost, have some basic knowledge, and join the real estate community in that group. From there I should be able to connect with members and do deals. Sounds like a good idea for a newbie?

Hey, my name is Tym and I live in the Philadelphia Area. I have some experience with flipping auction cars for some profit. I am a very motivated individual that is looking to get into Wholesaling and Fix and Flip. I am a beginner and I mean little to no knowledge. Found this site and it's great. There's a ton of information and I don't know where to start. If anybody can help me get an outline of start to finish articles to read, videos to watch, step by step, I would greatly appreciate, this site is full of great people and I hope one of you can help me out. Right now I would like to learn Wholesaling with little to no investment to build some capital. Any tips and tricks, websites and forms are also appreciated. I would love to find a mentor. Thank You and have a great day!!
