We use AWeber and absolutely love it, their webforms are awesome and very easy to integrate in to your sites.

There is an option to shut off the "double opt in" if you want to.

I am going to be taking the test to become a licensed agent in Washington state here soon (4 clock hours left).

I am a full time investor in the Seattle area.

We are considering buying a cheap van to have it wrapped and leave it parked in high traffic places.

Seems like a good way to bring in some leads.

It would be nice to hear some success stories though...

I was able to get a report on all the streets from the county by telling them I was doing a report for a college class.

Now I just gotta sort through it and find out which ones are in neighborhoods we want to target.

That's exactly what I'm looking for.

Any ideas? I've been all through the county website and I'm not finding too much.

Are there any private companies that have this information?

I am trying to find traffic count numbers for my local area so I can come up with a Bandit Sign strategy.

Does anybody have any experience with this?
