I have a deal going under contract today. I’m looking for someone with boots on the ground and someone that knows a good title company. That is wholesaler friendly and can help me close this deal. Thank you for your time.

Hello all,
I’m trying to figure out the best cities to start to invest in section 8 housing. Also, with those cities finding the best property managers that work with section 8 properties already. I’ve heard Detroit and St. Louis are good markets, but I think that they’re already saturated with investors. also curious about finding out how many vouchers are ready given out. Also curious about finding out how many vouchers are ready handed out. I’ve looked on affordable housing.com and have noticed a lot of vacancies. Any insight would help.

Good afternoon, my name is Tyler and I live in San Diego, Ca. I am new to the BP world and new to investing. I have been doing my homework listening to podcasts and watching/reading as much information as I can to have the most knowledge to make a profitable investment in real estate. As im sure you know the San Diego market is absolutely insane right now. I really don’t have any desire to invest in California at all to be honest. I have been keen to finding a property out of state preferably Arizona but realistically some where on the east coast where my money can go a little further. The big question is how do you choose a city to start researching in ? I feel like I have all the tools to take it from there but I am just stuck on finding a city.
Any information would be great, Thanks!
