Guys I am looking to purchase my first deal. I have saved up plenty of capital and now the education is just holding me back. Ideally I am looking for something that cash flows.

How many months is the typical “season”

How long is a STR typically, and why would it only cash flow in short term?

I’m looking for LTR

I’m finding those multi family aren’t even cash flowing well in those areas, everything is so high 

And what do you think about these crowdfund type deals like cardone capital for example
