@Rick Pozos I do not have anything under contract yet. But I also don't want to be scrambling trying to find a contractor to look it over when I get it under contract and have my inspection period.

I guess at this point I am just looking to get into contact with a general contractor or somebody who can give me a good idea of what they can do the work for on any property I bring them to.

Me again. I am looking for some contractors in the San Antonio area. Does anybody have some they have had good experience with? I have talked to a couple but would like to hear what you have to say! 

Looks like a huge project! For sure interested in seeing it when it is complete.

That is incredible! Great to see that hard work pay off! I am looking forward to my first flip. 

Would like to see how this ends up. I hope it doesn't end up being a loss. 

There are a few in my area who do this pre-hab. They have been doing it for a few years, and seem to be doing pretty well at it.

@Michael Lee thanks for the good info I am really looking forward to my journey into real estate and I am so glad I found this site. Everybody has been so helpful. I have been in contact with Rick, but have not had a chance to call him or meet up with him or other investors yet.
