Hello,

Anyone here have success grabbing a rough house, taking care of the scary stuff, clean up and paint, and sell to another investor to finish the easy stuff....

I am considering passing along all the all the calculations for remaining repairs as well as comps/ARV....

Could this be as profitable percentage wise as a full rehab?

I say go for it and let us know if there is a market for this. I'm not sure why at that point you wouldn't just finish the fixtures and sell it for the profits the end investor needs to get.
