Any one invest in Milwaukee, WI and have any residential framing companies they have worked with in the past and recommend?

What’s up Juan many people are dealing with your current situation me and two others are meeting up this Thursday Feb 9th to mastermind, underwrite a few random properties and discuss our goals

I am a small investor myself have 6 properties, currently been speaking with others to figure out my next steps in my journey. My other two buddies are newer but motivated, just moved here from Cali and are looking for their first house hack and think it’ll be great for you to talk to them about your experience house hacking this year. It’ll be great for all of us to connect and walk each other threw or next steps!

What’s up Aaron I went threw a similar situation I was and still have my real estate license but I switched over to the mortgage side. I love being a mortgage broker, and have learned a lot about lending, creative strategies, and made great connections.

I also didn’t have a background in “finance” but did enjoy the underwriting process I do when analyzing my own properties for my portfolio.

In my opinion making the switch was a lot easier then some may think, definitely a career worth considering!
