Credit union or Mortgage broker/lender recos in Texas

Under contract for a SFH near Dallas.

Looking for recommendations for a lender or credit union that can provide great rates on ARM loans on an investment property.

Credit is good and can put down whatever downpayment is required.

@Olu Fash Not a question that I can answer, but we've used Andrew Postell a bunch and he's always been an excellent resource to start.  Highly recommend looking him up.  He's on bigger pockets.  Good luck and happy investing.
