Hi BP Community. I am looking into getting my team together and was wondering if anyone in the area had some good, trustworthy property managers I could talk to? The more I look at BP the more I realize that having my team together first is the biggest key before crunching the numbers. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

I have been pondering on purchasing a home from the sheriff sale here in town. Since I do not have any experience with this and do not have anyone to talk to directly, I thought I would bring it to the BP community.

Any tips that I should know before going into it?
Maybe I should just experience one first before diving in?
What are the differences between a non-tax sale and a tax lien foreclosure sale?
