Kenneth I read your bio and your situation seemingly contradicts your stringent leasing qualifications, where do you think you went wrong to cause this perfect storm? What would you do different?

St.  Pephanie sounds cool as well

Mr. Leybovich you're truly an inspiration to me but tell me you didn't come up with that joke in the shower

I disagree with @Thomas S. about your credit being in the toilet, with that said do you own a car (s) you could sale? Since your 1 year owner occupied requirement is almost up would it be possible to find a renter for the unit your living in now and use the remaining 11k to make the sfh livable for your personal use while you finish the remodel?

Hello BP!  My name is Tyler and live in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  I've worked in healthcare primarily ICU for the past 9 years in hospitals around the metro and Norman.  What I really want is to be able to pass on beautiful properties to my future kids and have something grow in value beyond my time here.  Does anyone have any suggestions for a knowledgeable real estate agent that markets in multi-family properties?

I'm looking forward to being apart of the BP forum and learning all I can from each of you, thanks.
