Following. I also have a portion I'm wondering if I could dig out and convert to living space, along with adding a walkout egress door.

It is a heavy rental area.  Outside of this house, just about everything in eyesight is well kept.

Which neighborhood is this considered?

Hi all! My introduction is overdue here.

My name is Tyler Henry, I have been in the Denver metro area for about seven years and I’m from Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri. I currently work for a large global asset manager full-time, a large online retailer part-time, and I serve in the Army Reserve part time. I purchased a house recently, which I plan to house hack, and rented out the condo I moved from. I guess that makes me a landlord as well.

I’ve seen the BiggerPockets name for years but never looked into it until recently discovering the podcast. I’ve always had an interest in real estate but haven’t done anything about it until now. I’m not an expert, at all, but I don’t care, I’m jumping in and I can learn as I go. I always hear the biggest obstacle is taking action. I did, however, have a CO RE license for a short period of time.

I’m hoping to network through BP and learn as much as I can to become financially free, as I’m sure most of us are. This full time corporate gig is not for me any longer, so here we are.

In addition to real estate, I spend my (limited) free time traveling, photo/videography, with my dog(Whiskey), reading/learning new things, play soccer weekly, exercising, and now apparently house/yard work with my new home.

See you around,

-Tyler

Post: Refinancing my two mortgages and heloc into one loan

Good morning all! I'm newer to BP and RE investing in general, just FYI.

I have one condo rental and just purchased/moved to a single family home. I'm paying PMI on my new home but have a lot of equity in my condo(around $60-70k after $35k HELOC, thanks to Denver's appreciation!) What is the best way I can refinance these 2 mortgages into one loan and nix that PMI? I know it's possible but what will make it beneficial?

Really liked how Brandon used a real property in the Rental Property Calculator. I can't get enough of Bigger Pockets.
