Hey Gabriel,

I am a local real estate agent and investor in these areas. I was born and raised in Dayton so I know the area really well and have many contacts. I primarily work with out of state investors looking for cash flow from multi-family, but also work with STRs and flips. Would be happy to chat with you about the economics of each city and the ins/outs of each neighborhood as well.

-Low price point to entry

-Landlord friendly

-High Cash Flow

-I like Dayton and Cleveland because they flow High, Columbus for appreciation, Cincy for STR

-typically will have long term tenants depending on which area of Ohio you choose

I personally invest my money in Ohio and will continue to do so. Especially in this current market, I would rather have steady cash flow in a good neighborhood with good economics versus speculating on an appreciation play in an overpriced city outside of Ohio.
