Reynoldsburg! Yes, I can hold it for a few years. Been posting adds to rent it out- but haven’t had any hits yet.
I have 5 other properties that have long term leasers, but none in Ohio

I made a typo- “$230k” not “$130k”

I think what will paint a better picture- I night the house 8 months ago, so probably overpaid

Not enough. 6% realtor fees +closing costs. I think I better rent it out?

Columbus OH: paid $195,000 for townhouse, all fees./closing costs included through hard money financing (10% interest). Remodeled, invested around $25K.

I am moving, and am contemplating either selling or renting?

If is sell, similar properties are around $189K, but not remodeled. Real Estate Agent said she can get around $130K for it. What do you think?

I have 5 properties, and i took advantage of banks putting me on deferred payments for 1 year due to pandemic. I am current and have been making payments on 4, but the 5th one still needs to be current for 3 months before any bank will refi me. Can anyone recommend a bank that can refi me prior to the full 3 months of payment on a mortgage before they will consider refi? Thanks!
