Help me analyze this deal

Columbus OH: paid $195,000 for townhouse, all fees./closing costs included through hard money financing (10% interest). Remodeled, invested around $25K.

I am moving, and am contemplating either selling or renting?

If is sell, similar properties are around $189K, but not remodeled. Real Estate Agent said she can get around $130K for it. What do you think?

It is tough to lose that much money in the Columbus, Ohio market right now. Are you sure you did not have a typo?
