Is there a difference between a Vacation rental loan and a second home loan? My partner and I are trying to buy a Airbnb investment property. We also need the precious 10% Down payment. Can someone please help me figure out the best loan to use in this situation. We are trying to avoid any Hard money loan due to the high interest rates.
