 Hi Ryan, we do not provide that type of financing. We provide 1st mortgage loans, whether it be fix and flip or transactional. I'm not sure where to guide you with someone that will finance your down payment other than friends/family with a Promissory Note/2nd Mortgage. Best of luck though!
