@Ross Denman - do you think all the subsequent calculations matter if anyone buys a property at 22% discount ($25k lower than $115k)? Is it easy to find a property at $25k discount in Indy?

How is the single family rental market in areas like Verona and Penn Hills? Are these areas in uptrend or downtrend? Read news of snow storm causing landslides... is that common?
