Thanks all for your kind words this property is no longer available. I continue to thrive to find good deals. I have had success in helping an investors purchase his first fix and flip. I am very excited that he is going to allow me to put my touch on a part of the home while rehabbing it!!

@Lisa Bryant my experience was very recent I helped in an investor locate and purchase his first flip. He had to go through a bit of a process and should have possession of his property within weeks. I trusted him to be the professional he is. We emailed each other back and forth once he paid for the property he informed me that he wanted to pay me a week after so that things could process with his purchase of the property first. I was ok with that we met up at a meet up at one of my local meetups nearby and he paid me a finder's fee. I supplied him with the lead to purchase the property and got paid. Everyone will not be honest as this buyer was and that was God looking out for me. Worst case is he would have bought the property and not let me know anything.  I truly know that it would be great to have the buyer sign some type of contract or promissory note, or meet at a public meeting as I did to make sure you get paid.

There is a property near Notre Dame that an owner is selling has great potential for profit!! It is an 8 bedroom 3.5 bathroom 3400 sq ft the owner is asking 50k needs work ARV is $185,555 owner is willing to supply comps. This will not last contact me for more information. Have a Blessed night all
