The media induced fear of a crash is great for acquisitions, but some people are scared to invest anywhere right now.

My company Turnkey BRRRR fully manages the BRRRR Method for investors. We provide fully renovated, cash-flowing properties at 80% of market value and the investor only pays closing costs. We tenant and manage the property for free for one year (8% thereafter) and warranty all of our work.

The only requirement to qualify is great credit, enough liquid cash to pay closing costs for each property, and a retirement account or liquid assets for reserves.  No job necessary.  See www.turnkeybrrrr.io for more details.  All properties are located in the excellent rental market of Kansas City, MO.  Properties are in suburbs with good schools.

Here is an example portfolio where less than $85K gets over $2M in real estate with $400K equity that cash flows about $3k per month.  This is the best opportunity I've seen in my two decades of real estate finance and investing!
