Hey everyone! Looks like I just missed the 12/21 meet-up :) Is there a link or a meet-up group link that I could follow to get notified when the next meet-up happens? Thank you.

@HX Yuan, not sure if you're still looking for a property but I've been living in the area for a while and happy to give more insights if you still need it.

Great discussion and thank you @Yifan D. for the list, it's super helpful and definitely saved me lots of time!

I was wondering if anyone had any updates or changes to which property managers they're using or any additional recommendations in the area. Thanks!

Hi @Michael Kunis, I'm going through the same process myself right now and was wondering if you were able to connect with a good property management company.

@Marc Weisi, hoping to connect with you if you have time :) sent you a DM as well.

Hey everyone! Looking to purchase my first investment property for buy & hold in Slatington, PA. Here is the link to the analysis report:

https://www.biggerpockets.com/...

This is a 4-unit property with all 4 units already rented out and most units have recently been rehabbed. This would be more of a turn-key investment and I'm planning to have property management handle the property.

Please let me know if you have any thoughts on this area or deal, and whether it would be a good investment for a newbie or not. Also any advice on what things I should pay attention to before closing on the property would be very helpful. Thank you!
